Lasagna is a perfect crowd-pleaser for entertaining, but today, we’re taking it one step further. Add pizza toppings to the equation, and instead of layering the noodles, roll them up. Hellooooo, pizza lasagna!

That’s what we’re doing today in my kitchen as a part of the Italian Dinner Party Series. Let’s jump in the kitchen and get rolling, shall we?
Rolled Pizza Lasagna
I recommend not fully cooking the lasagna noodles before rolling them because they will spend 20 – 25 minutes in the oven baking. That way, after they’ve baked they will still be firm enough, like good pasta should be.

In the video, I use Newman’s Own Sockarooni sauce. I’ve been loving it since I was a kid! Of course, you can use your own favorite red sauce. Or, if you want to make your own sauce, you could take the one from my Best Bolognese and just omit the ground beef and sausage from that recipe. A recipe like this pizza lasagna has no rules, so make ’em up as you go!
Planning an easy family dinner party? This recipe perfect to pair with my family’s famous Caesar Salad.
