I have found your youtube videos to be extremely helpful as I develop my skills in food photography. I have made a new background/surface from a 2×4 “laminated plywood” and plan to use it this week. I’d like to send a couple of samples to you that I did tonight using chocolate chip cookies and milk chocolate pieces. How can I do this? Again, thank you for your teaching, and I look forward to learning more.

    Hi Joanie

We are in the UK and are have thoroughly enjoyed devouring all of your videos over the last few days. So great of you to share what you have learnt during your photography journey.

We have a kit question 🙂

We are looking to do photography for a new smoothie company we are launching here in the uk. Photography will be done by ourselves at home.

Do you mostly use the Godox600 pro for your studio work or the Westcott LED light? We are trying to achieve a “morning” look to our photos (i.e. breakfast time!).

We weren’t sure if trying to use natural light via a window might be a better option but we were concerned this might not be consistent.

Thank you so much for any insight and we look forward to your next videos!

    Best
    James & Michelle

Your spinach tortilla recipe is not practical. It produces “pancakes” not thin tortillas. I was informed after enthusiastically using it that a tortilla press is necessary. Best regards/bon appetite/bon chance !!
