It’s the famous family Caesar Salad recipe! This is the go-to for family parties, birthdays and any general cause for celebration on Ryan’s side of the family. Then again, no need for a special occasion as we’ve been known to do this salad in the summer time along with grilled chicken for an easy weeknight dinner. What has been kept a secret is no longer under wraps!

Join me in the kitchen as I show you how to make this no-longer-a-secret-cats-out-of-the-bag Caesar Salad recipe! Oh, and be sure to SUBSCRIBE to my YouTube channel so that you can get the other two recipes that compliment this salad for the perfect Italian American Dinner Party!
My Family’s Famous Caesar Salad Recipe
Like I mentioned in the video, this does involve raw eggs. If raw eggs freak you out, hit up Whole Foods (or some fancy-esque grocer) for homogenized eggs. But, in my family, we use regular eggs. We just make sure to wash the shells well so as to knock off any crud or creepy salmonella. But (knock on wood) no Simon family members have contracted food poisoning in the making of this salad…that we know of… I mean, how much raw cookie dough with eggs did we all eat as kids?

You can, of course, use different hard Italian cheeses and make your own croutons. But, if you’re pressed for time, go for the bagged croutons, toss on that shredded parm and drizzle on this garlic-tastic dressing for the ultimate Caesar Salad.

Thinking of making this salad for your family? I promise, they’ll love it! If you do, send me a snap of it on SnapChat! I’d love to see what you’re up to over there.
*Thank you to the Tomich Family for introducing us all to this salad!
