Description
An easy fish appetizer with fresh salmon, vegetables and a lime dressing.
Ingredients

- 8 oz fresh wild caught salmon, skin-off, diced
- 2 limes
- 1 Tbs olive oil
- 2 tsp ponzu
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 Tbs cilantro
- 1/4 cup diced white onion
- 1 avocado diced
- 1 cup diced persian cucumbers
- 1 cup diced orange peppers
- 1/2 cup diced radish
- salt
Instructions
- Combine diced fish, onion, avocado, cucumbers, cilantro, peppers and radish in a large bowl.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk, then toss with the fish and vegetables.
- Serve immediately with chips or crostini.
