Description

An easy fish appetizer with fresh salmon, vegetables and a lime dressing.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz fresh wild caught salmon, skin-off, diced
  • 2 limes
  • 1 Tbs olive oil
  • 2 tsp ponzu
  • 2 tsp honey
  • 2 Tbs cilantro
  • 1/4 cup diced white onion
  • 1 avocado diced
  • 1 cup diced persian cucumbers
  • 1 cup diced orange peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced radish
  • salt

Instructions

  1. Combine diced fish, onion, avocado, cucumbers, cilantro, peppers and radish in a large bowl.
  2. Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk, then toss with the fish and vegetables.
  3. Serve immediately with chips or crostini.
