I’m pretty sure chicken wings are THE #1 food for Game Day. I mean, my Cheesy Egg Rolls and Potato Skins are welcome additions to the spread, but it wouldn’t be a party without wings. After lots of tweaking and experimenting, Ryan confirms that these are Super Bowl worthy wings. The added bonus, they are cooked in the oven. Yes, crispy, skin in the oven! Don’t believe me? Sweet Sriracha Wings
- Total Time: 20 mins
- Yield: 2 dozen wings 1x
Description
Sweet and spicy chicken wings in a flavor packed Sriracha sauce finished on the grill.
Ingredients
Scale
- 2 dozen wings
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/2 cup sriracha
- 1 Tbs dijon
- 1 Tbs mayo
- 1/2 tsp fish sauce
- 1 Tbs rice wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
Instructions
- Preheat oven to Broil.
- Combine all ingredients(except the chicken) in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour 1/2 of the sauce into a large ziploc bag (reserve 1/2 on the side to toss the wings in after they’re grilled) and add wings. Close ziploc, toss the sauce around wings and allow to marinate at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
- Place wings on a baking sheet and broil on the top rack for 8 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven and strain off excess juices. Flip wings and brush on extra sauce.
- Place wings back into the oven for another 8 minutes under the broiler until crispy (keep an eye on them so they don’t burn).
- Put the cooked wings into a bowl and toss with extra sauce.
- Serve.
