Description
A watermelon dressed up to look like a cake with whipped cream and berries
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 large watermelon
- 4 cups whipped cream (stiff peaks)
- 1 pint mixed berries
- *other toppings optional
Instructions
- Slice the ends off of a large watermelon and then remove the rind making a large cylinder shape with your watermelon.
- Frost it with whipped cream and pipe on edging as desired with decorative piping tips.
- Decorate with assorted berries or other fruit.
- Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
