Frosted Watermelon Cake

A watermelon dressed up to look like a cake with whipped cream and berries


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 large watermelon
  • 4 cups whipped cream (stiff peaks)
  • 1 pint mixed berries
  • *other toppings optional

Instructions

  1. Slice the ends off of a large watermelon and then remove the rind making a large cylinder shape with your watermelon.
  2. Frost it with whipped cream and pipe on edging as desired with decorative piping tips.
  3. Decorate with assorted berries or other fruit.
  4. Keep in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
